JCI Toul Kork was founded in 2020.

Ms. Sun Sihanithnovy is the current Local President of JCI Toul Kork. However, before this, she used to study at Institut Francais du Cambodge. After finishing her education, she became the Technology Solution Development Organization (TSD) chair. Ms. Sun Sihanithnovy is very socially active, as shown by her involvement in JCI and other organizations such as the Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association and Cambodia Digital Tech Association (CDTA).

Mrs. Leak Chanthea is the Local President of JCI Toul Kork in 2022 which made her Immediate Past President of JCI Toul Kork in 2023. Furthermore, she is a sales officer at the SmartGas organization.

Mrs. Eang Sokravy is the 2023 Executive Vice President of JCI Toul Kork. Furthermore, she works with healthcare products with the organization called "Wellavie."

Mr. Vat Kimly is the Vice President of Community impact at JCI Toul Kork. Furthermore, he works as a lawyer in the Asia Law Office.

Mrs. Seng Somphors is the 2023 Vice President of International Cooperation. She is a Royal University of Law and Economics alumnus with experience in accounting, finance, procurement, and administration. She oversees the creation and monitoring of sales strategies, the management of monthly sales reports, the upkeep of client relationships, the evaluation of daily bills, the management of inventories, and the management of automobile transportation. She received training in digital marketing in Phnom Penh and holds certificates in business management and 5s from Japan. He presently serves as a mentor for SHE Investment and is a partner in the general partnership business 5G Railing System Company Limited, which specializes in the design, construction, supply, and installation of railing systems.

Ms. Nuon Channika is the 2023 Vice President of Community Impact. Furthermore, she is a banker at the BIDC Bank.

Ms. Chan Sokkong is a 2023 Vice President of Business and Entrepreneur. Furthermore, she is the managing director of the "A+ Branding" company.

Ms. Leng Vuochkhinh is the Local Secretary General of JCI Toul Kork. Furthermore, she is a university student who studied at the Paragon International University.

Mr. Tho Phirath is a secretary officer of JCI Toul Kork. Furthermore, he works as MC for AVI News in a show called "Cambodia 2050." He is also a senior student at the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy.

Ms. Sao Leakhena is the 2023 Local Treasurer of JCI Toul Kork. Furthermore, she is a university student who studies at Vanda Institute.
